I just thought I'd mention that we found all 10 of the Mystery Classes! The kids were very excited to see the posting on the web site and to see the locations displayed on the animated globe.
Congratulations! That's tough! We have only tried it once (last year), and I think we only found 7 locations. (Techincally we found 6 because I entered one incorrectly.) So, I'm giving you all a big high 5!
Thank you! Last year I had Palau's capital wrong (old name instead of new one) and I think I entered the Alaska entry without a country. Anyway, it is a project that is enjoyable to repeat and one in which teacher and student improve, lol!
And thank you for telling me about it. It was through your blogging that I found out about the project last year!
Great job! We also got all 10 classes correct this year (last year we missed one).
To celebrate, we plan on taking the boys out to a Japanese restaurant where they cook the food in front of you (on honor of class #10). Of course, Belgian chocolate or Belgian waffles have also been suggested.
